We all can feel sometimes:
-out of control
-overwhelmed
-stressed

...like no matter what we do, is not good enough, like we are in a passenger seat and somebody else direct out life...

It is very normal.  The key is not to stay too long in this mindset.

This should allow you to look at your life from a different perspective. I encourage you to write down this answer. We think differently when we think on a paper.
