Services

I work with private clients as well as organisations, coaching in English and Polish. My rate varies depending on the length of the programme and the level of support needed (i.e. coaching sessions only, between session support, daily support, etc.). The initial consultation, i.e. chemistry session is free. It will allow us to discuss what you are hoping the outcome of coaching to be and I will be in position to provide you with the most suitable programme and pricing.

The compensation for coaching services is paid prior to the first coaching session usually via bank transfer and is non-refundable. The block booking is recommended for the cost efficiency purposes. Instalment payments options are available on request.

My approach

Result- focused and bespoke

I am no ‘one book’ coach and I do understand that a ‘one size fit all’ approach just simply does not work when it comes to coaching. I adapt my coaching style by using various tools and techniques (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, etc.) to bring you to the clear focus as to what you want to achieve and how to get there. This flexibility allows me to deliver the results we agreed on.

I provide safe, judgement free thinking space, where you can leave the business of day to day life behind and focus on review of the challenges you are facing as well as the best way forward.

I will challenge you, provide honest feedback and observations to advance your problem solving thinking.
