I want to invite you to do a coaching exercise. In the past, it helped me to take some important decisions and I am hoping it will become useful for you too.
To do it you will need a pen, a piece of paper and 5-10 minutes. To to start with you can do it in your head.
I hope you will complete this exercise, if you are busy now- maybe next time you are commuting to work, taking the shower or preparing a meal you can think about it.
Once it’s done, ask yourself - whether what you are doing today, is taking you closer or further away from that statement about yourself.
